Do I need to know anything about websites?
No. You send your trade, your service area, and photos if you have them. Everything else is done for you, and you approve the site before it goes live.
Who owns the website and the domain?
You do. The domain is registered in your business name with you as the owner, and auto renew is left on. If you ever stop working with me, the site and the domain stay yours.
How long does it take to get online?
The website itself is usually ready within a week. Google Business Profile verification is controlled by Google and often takes a few days to a couple of weeks, because Google mails a postcard or verifies by video.
Is there a contract?
No. The monthly management fee is month to month and you can stop at any time.
Will I show up first on Google right away?
No, and anyone who promises that is guessing. Local search results build over months. What I can do is make sure everything Google looks at is set up correctly and consistently, which is the part most contractors are missing.
Do you do the trade work too?
No. I am an IT professional, not a licensed contractor. I handle websites, Google, and listings. You handle the trade.
